01 The app

Free clinic management
software for Indian doctors

The QVitals Health Growth App is free. Not a trial, not a first month, not an add-on with a price waiting at the end of it.

If you arrived here on the word free, you are already asking what the catch is, and you should. So here it is in one line, before anything else on this page: we are not a software company. We are paid to bring a practice patients and get them through the door. The app is the instrument that work needs — it is not the thing we sell.

It replaces the register, the prescription pad, the reminder calls nobody has time to make, and the four separate tools most clinics end up paying for. One app, every patient, and your data exportable the day you ask.

Get the Growth App

Takes about two minutes. The app is free — leave your number and our team sets it up on your phone and walks your staff through it.

02 Why it is free

A software company earns
whether you grow or not

Ours is the opposite arrangement, and it changes what gets built.

Clinic software is sold as a subscription. The business earns for as long as you keep paying, and it earns exactly the same whether your OPD doubles or empties. Nothing in that model is dishonest — it is simply not pointed at your growth.

We are paid for patient acquisition and coordination. If enquiries do not turn into completed OPDs, we have failed, however good the software was that month. So the app exists to make that work possible: it is where a patient's record lives, where the follow-up is triggered, and where the doctor's own reading of a patient is captured.

Which is also why your database is exportable on any day, client or not. A practice that stays because leaving would cost it its patient history is not a practice that chose us.

03 What it fixes

Five things, and what
each one replaces

A feature list tells you what a product has. This is what changes in the clinic on Monday.

Unlimited patients

Replaces A register, or software priced per patient

One place for every patient — the ones we send you and the ones who were always yours. No reason to keep two systems, and no bill that grows as the practice does.

Digital prescription — WhatsApp, PDF or print

Replaces A handwritten slip

The prescription is still on the patient’s phone a month later, and the chemist can read it. Patients who lose a paper slip either come back for a repeat or stop the course.

Patient intent, marked by the doctor

Replaces Nothing. Almost nobody records this.

Your own reading of whether that patient is ready, unsure, or held up by money or time — written down while you still remember it.

Automatic payment reminders

Replaces Staff chasing people on the phone

Outstanding amounts get followed up without anybody having to make an awkward call, and without the front desk spending its morning on it.

Your database, exportable any day

Replaces Software that holds your patient list

You can take everything and leave. That is the point — a practice should not be locked into a tool because its patient history is trapped inside it.

04 Patient intent

The one thing no other
clinic app records

You were in the room. Nobody on a phone call can know that patient better than you do.

A patient leaves with something advised. You already know, roughly, whether they are going to go ahead — you saw the face, you heard what they asked, and more tellingly you heard what they avoided asking. You know whether the hesitation was the money, the days off work, a relative who has to agree, or plain fear.

In almost every practice that reading is lost within the hour. The patient leaves, you see the next one, and it is gone. Whoever rings that patient later is working from a name on a list.

So after the consultation you mark it, in two taps. And three things follow from it:

  • The follow-up fits the patient. Someone ready gets a date. Someone hesitating gets the cost and the time commitment answered before anybody mentions a date.
  • The marketing gets judged honestly. If one source keeps sending patients you read as not seriously interested, that is a targeting problem, not a conversion problem — and it is invisible without this record.
  • Nothing is guessed. The coordination team works from the doctor's reading instead of its own.

It records what you read. It never suggests what you should advise.

05 Your specialty

Five kinds of practice,
one app

Free for all of them, and the reason one app can cover five specialties is worth a sentence.

In every one of these fields, "software" means two unrelated things. One is clinical, and it is specific to your training — a homoeopath's repertory is nothing like a dietitian's nutrient analysis. The other is the practice: who came in, what was advised, who paid, who has to be called back.

The clinical half differs completely between the five. The practice half is identical in all of them. That is the half this app does — and the half it deliberately leaves alone.

Ayurveda

Panchakarma protocols, formulary references

ayurvedic patient management software · ayurveda hospital management software

Homoeopathy

Repertory and remedy-finding software, RADAR and the like

homeopathy clinic management software · homeopathy patient management software

Physiotherapy

Exercise prescription, movement assessment

physiotherapy clinic management software india · physiotherapy clinic billing software

Dietetics & nutrition

Meal planning, nutrient analysis

software for dietitians india · dietitian practice management software

Dental

Imaging, lab work, treatment charting

dental clinic management software india · dental patient management software india

So if you came looking for a repertory, a meal planner, an exercise prescription tool or a dental imaging suite, this is not it, and you should buy the right thing. If you came looking for somewhere to keep your patients, send prescriptions, chase payments and make sure nobody falls through the gap after a consultation — that is the same job in every one of these practices, and this does it for all five without charging any of them.

06 What it is not

Four things it does not do

Said before you ask, because you will ask, and because a page that only lists strengths tells you nothing.

Not a hospital information system

No IPD billing, no inventory, no pharmacy module, no lab integration, no insurance claim handling. A fifty-bed hospital running TPA claims needs a full HIS, and we would tell them so rather than sell them this.

Not a patient marketplace

Patients do not browse doctors inside our app and find you by accident. If being listed on a consumer booking platform is what you want, that is a different kind of product and a real reason to pay for one.

Not a standalone download

It is complimentary with every QVitals plan, for as long as you are with us, and it is not a trial that turns into a bill. But it comes with the work — it is not a free app we hand to anybody who asks.

Not a clinical tool

It records what you decided. It does not suggest a diagnosis, a drug or a dose, and it never will. The medical decision is yours and nothing in the app touches it.

If you want the priced comparison against the clinic software you are probably already evaluating, it is in free clinic management software in India.

07 Getting it

How a practice gets it

It is included with every QVitals plan, for every doctor, from the first month.

Setup and staff training are part of the onboarding, so nobody at the front desk has to work it out from a help page. For hospitals it is free for every consultant on staff rather than priced per seat.

The packages page sets out what each level includes and what it costs, and how we grow a practice shows where the app sits inside the work — the five-minute call on a new enquiry, the reminders that get a booked patient to actually arrive, the follow-up after the consultation, and the Relationship Manager who explains the numbers in plain language rather than handing you a dashboard.

Questions doctors ask first

Is the QVitals Health Growth App really free?

Yes, for every practice on a QVitals plan — every package, every month, for as long as you are with us. It is not a trial and there is no price waiting at the end of it. What it is not is a standalone free download: it comes with the work we do, because we are paid for filling your OPD rather than for the software.

Why is the app free when other clinic software is paid?

Because we are not a software company. A clinic software business earns money for as long as you keep paying the subscription, whether or not your practice grows. We are paid to bring you patients and get them through the door, so the app is the instrument we both need rather than the product we sell. If the OPD does not fill, we have failed regardless of how good the software was.

Can I export my patient data if I leave QVitals?

Yes, on any day you ask, whether you are still a client or not. Your patient list is yours. We built it that way deliberately, because software that holds a practice hostage through its own patient history is the most common complaint doctors have about clinic tools.

What is patient intent, and which other app has it?

After a consultation the doctor marks what they read in that patient — ready to proceed, unsure, or held up by cost or time. We have not found another clinic app that captures it. The reason it matters is that the doctor is the only person who actually met the patient, so their reading is the most accurate signal in the practice, and in most clinics it is lost within the hour.

Does it work for Ayurveda, homoeopathy, physiotherapy, dietetics or dental practice?

Yes, all five, and free for every one of them. Consultations, patient records, prescriptions, payment reminders and follow-up are the same shape in every outpatient practice, so the app does not assume a specialty. What it is not is your clinical software — it is not a homoeopathic repertory, a dietitian’s meal planner, an exercise prescription tool or a dental imaging suite. Those are specific to your training and you should buy the right one.

Is there free practice management software for Ayurvedic or homoeopathic doctors in India?

This is one. The confusion worth clearing up is that in both fields the word software usually means something clinical — a repertory or remedy finder in homoeopathy, treatment protocols in Ayurveda — which is a different product entirely. If what you need is somewhere to keep patients, send prescriptions, chase payments and follow up after a consultation, that job is identical in every specialty and this covers it.

Is it suitable for a single-doctor clinic?

That is where it is easiest to start, because one person can own it from day one. For hospitals it is free for every consultant on staff rather than per seat, which is usually the point at which paid clinic software becomes the largest line in a practice’s software budget.
