01 Doctors in Delhi
Patient acquisition and coordination for clinics and hospitals across Delhi, Delhi NCR.
We have an office in Delhi. It is one of three — Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The work itself is the same wherever a practice is: the same relationship manager, the same coordination calls, the same reporting.
Delhi does not search as Delhi. It searches as Delhi NCR — the queries doctors run to find an agency carry "NCR" in them, and so do the ones patients run to find a clinic. That means a practice here is competing with Noida and Gurgaon whether it wants to be or not. The second thing this city shows that others do not is how many people look for the government or CGHS-panel option in the same breath as the private one, which changes what a private practice is actually being compared against.
What follows is what that actually means for a practice here, and how to check any agency in this city — including us.
02 How patients search
Which changes what local visibility is worth doing, and what it is not.
What the queries in Delhi actually name, read from Google's own logs on 28 October 2026:
Delhi is too large to be one market and the queries know it. They name Dwarka, Rohini, Lajpat Nagar, Karol Bagh, Janakpuri, Pitampura — places an hour apart in traffic. A patient in Rohini is not weighing up a clinic in Lajpat Nagar; they are choosing between the three nearest to them. So a campaign aimed at “Delhi” is paying for a city, and a patient only ever chooses inside a few kilometres of themselves.
That matters because distance is the strongest single factor in the map results a patient sees, and it is the one factor nobody can buy. A practice in one part of Delhi is not competing with a practice across the city — it is competing with the three clinics nearest the person holding the phone.
So chasing a city-wide ranking is usually chasing the wrong thing. The work that pays is the unglamorous kind: a complete and accurate Google Business Profile, reviews collected steadily and replied to, and the same name, address and phone number everywhere they appear. We have set out what moves that, and what is a waste of money, in local SEO for clinics.
03 What we do
Visibility makes the phone ring. Four more things have to happen before a patient is sitting in front of a doctor.
A call within five minutes of an enquiry arriving, to fix a date rather than only answer questions.
Confirmation, reminders and reconnection, so a booked appointment becomes a patient who actually arrives.
A follow-up call after the consultation, so the patient’s doubts are settled by a person instead of a search.
Next-stage coordination and admission support, with the post-operative follow-up booked before discharge.
It is reported back as completed OPDs and IPD & procedures — patients who actually arrived, and procedures that actually happened. Not reach, not impressions, not leads. The full sequence is in marketing gives leads, four steps turn them into IPD, and every practice we work with gets the Growth App free.

And the queries doctors here run when they go looking for an agency — which is the part most cities do not show at all:
05 Checking an agency
Ask these of every agency in Delhi, including this one.
Why each one matters, and what a good answer sounds like, is in what to check before hiring a medical marketing agency. The advertising restrictions are real and the liability for breaking them sits with the doctor, not the agency that suggested it — what is and is not allowed is set out in the NMC guidelines.
06 Starting
Before spending anything, count four numbers for one month.
Enquiries received · appointments booked · appointments attended · treatments that went ahead. Wherever the biggest fall sits, that is the constraint — and it is rarely the one people expect. If enquiries are healthy and bookings are not, the problem is response time, and no amount of extra advertising fixes it.
That count is what a practice review produces, with your own numbers in it. The packages page sets out what each level includes and costs — the same figures everywhere in India — and how we grow a practice shows how the parts connect.
Yes. Delhi is one of our three offices, along with the other two of Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru. It makes very little difference to the work: the relationship manager, the coordination calls and the reporting are the same for a practice here as for one anywhere else in India.
By locality far more than by city. Queries name Dwarka, Rohini, Lajpat Nagar and other neighbourhoods directly, which means a practice competing for the whole city is usually competing for the wrong thing. Distance is the strongest single factor in local map results, so the realistic target is the area a patient will actually travel from.
Our packages are a flat fee for a fixed term, set out in full on the packages page — the same figures everywhere in India, because the work is the same. We do not price per lead or per patient. Beyond being impossible to verify, per-outcome pricing in healthcare creates an incentive pointed at the number of patients rather than at whether they needed treatment.
Both, and the smaller the practice the faster the coordination work shows. In Delhi the verified demand covers dental, ayurveda, physiotherapy, homoeopathy, dermatology and ivf & fertility, and the work is the same shape in all of them — only the marketing around it differs.
No, and you should be wary of anyone in this city or any other who says yes. What is committed is the work delivered and the reporting on it: every enquiry, where it came from, and what happened to it afterwards — including the ones that went nowhere.
